Instead of going down the alley, he goes down a different route, and takes a piss in some bushes. The cops come pick him up, and now his lawyer has to come retrieve him at 6 AM. They go to the diner and have coffee, while chatting about this and that. A connection is formed, and a new plot thread is created. Sounds a little unruly, but I'd just need to reconnect Ashe and Guy (easy enough) in a different way, so their date in Chapter 7 is just a business meeting. Which is very possible, if Ashe never visited your place in Chapter 2. Then, I'd just need to build in some places where Lane could show up, and have a proper arc.

To be clear, this isn't any part of my immediate plans. But I think that the story, due to the way most of the plotlines are modular and not super connected, opens itself to a lot of customizaiton. When I finish FiN, I'm going to want to slow down the development work a bit, and I think that doing updates where I add 1,000+ renders to build a new route for Wren, or Lane, or Isabella, or Tessa, or Cutiedoll, or-or-or.. Would be a fun way to unwind.

I'm sure incest was discussed at some point but now that Casey is here we can use a refresher on the topic. Personally I'm not interested but I'm sure many f95s are, incest is quite popular here after all.

I very much doubt we'll see Cassie munching puss. Now I haven't played the teaser but she strikes me as someone who doesn't take things seriously and that she's just having some fun with Lane.

That kinda changes do happen though, even in real life. Some sort of traumatic event, in her case quick journey from the rich to poor, can and do change people's characters entirely. That middleground do makes sense too. When she noticed you are depended on someone, they can pull the rug under you so try to toughen her daughter up by being bitchy hardass mother.

Also, I may be misremembering this part but there is sort of drug abuse thing going on with her, or maybe alcohol abuse. That could change a person quite a lot too.

Though, I do not expect such a deep story for a very side character, while we can hardly see some developments with the main characters.

Oh yeah, drug abuse and stuff like that as well definitely alter people.

I'm not quite sure about the timeline of everything in FiN, so I'm not sure when Brit's father left her. Was he rich? I think the stepfather was rich, but I'm not sure about their background overall. I can imagine being put in crisis survival mode of course changes someone, but... I'm not sure her and Brit are in that situation, it feels more to me like Isabella just can't fathom the thought of not being rich, which is more to do with her own flaws and personality than, like suffering or being pushed to one's limits or something like that.

But I don't know, maybe you're on to something. Some people when they go from poor to rich or when they suddenly find themselves in a place of immense power become crazy monsters. I guess depending on how you interpret Guy's character, that fits really well into FiN's story. So, maybe the same is true for someone who goes from rich to poor or from powerful to 'weak' or whatever. Maybe they feel a loss of dignity and their sense of position and place in the world or something? I've never been in that position or seen it happen in real time, so I'm clueless there.

On the evil path I'm thinking of a scene where Brittani is doing a modelling shoot for you, and Isabella is there making a shit-ton of demands, and being annoying. Of course she's aware that you're an asshole, but she feels a bit too comfortable thinking that, as a fellow asshole, you have a kinship. She believes there's a hierarchy where she's only slightly below you, since she controls her daughter's labor, which you want. Eventually she pushes too hard and ruins the shoot, and you take out your anger on her violently and in front of her daughter. I mean completely overpower her, really destroy both Isabella's bad bitch self-image and any belief Brittani has that her mom deserves respect. In fact, put Isabella and Brittani, mother and daughter on the same level: whore who's there to please you.

I also want to do this with that brunette girl that hangs out with Jamie. God she sucks.

That's a very interesting imagination you got there bro, that'd be a pretty cool scene In a funny way, I'm imagining that'd actually bring Isabella and Brittani closer together. Or, at least bring Brittani closer to Isabella, because I don't think Brit has the same kind of wickedness in her that Isabella has, but who knows... maybe that's how Isabella started out, bubbly and nice because all of her self-worth and success in life is reaped from her beauty, which peaks in youth but fades with time.

All the LIs are already established, so if we get anything with anyone else, it's like a scene or two. Which yeah, aren't nothing and take away time from other characters, but it's not even close to the same commitment a LI would get. I think it's great for 1) the kinds of players (me...) who like way too much variety and try to fuck everything that moves in a VN; and 2) a nice break for the dev to play with another character for a bit without having to work on incorporating them into the ongoing story or on their relationship development that a LI would necessitate. And all for the price of ~a third or a half of an update. I think that's fair and shouldn't break a game's development cycle or story pacing if the dev knows what they're doing, or, you know, even cares.

Hey folks, hope your week's off to a great start! I've been ducking tornadoes and floods all week, and dealing with intermittent power outages. Challenges abound! But, Mother Nature's finally chilled out, and it seems like I'll have clear skies for the next week.
Despite the nonsense, I've been picking away at the update when I can. I had to re-render some stuff for the sake of visual clarity -- which is a nice way of saying the scene was too poorly lit to adequately show the sexy stuff. But, I'll be ready to start rolling out the finished Chapter 1 builds to patrons this month. Thanks for hanging in there.

I've previously mentioned that I already wrote much of Chapter 11, which has left the writing part of my schedule a bit vacant. I've outlined Chapter 12, but I'm holding off on committing too much to the actual script, just in case I add anything to Chapter 11 that I might want to follow up on. That's left me with a little bit of free writing time. So, I decided to do a couple more prose/text short stories. One continues the short story I did for Madison, some months ago. The other spotlights Isabella Bellino, Brittani's mom. We'll be seeing more of her in Chapter 12, so I thought I'd explore her past a bit, and see what makes her tick before then.

I'm always hesitant about creating too much story content outside the main game—I don't want any critical narrative information to exist outside the game itself. Yet if these text short stories aren't meaningful, they feel like empty fluff. It's a difficult balance to strike. I think these Madison and Isabella stories thread that needle pretty well, though. They each take place 10+ years ago, featuring material I'd likely never highlight in-game, while still providing valuable character background. Plus? Sexy renders of Madison and Isabella. I'll be posting those later this month as part of the Wanton Weekends feature. I slacked off on that in March, so I'd like to make up for it.

You could also put him in touch with an escort service and then just have a menu you could add girls to for times when he's alone (starting with the period after Nicki leaves) and add it to the menu of options for anytime he's not with someone (instead of visiting a cam site or whatever). It would give you a way to add as many women as you like, and just grow the menu for one off scenes. Just a thought, it seems like it would be easy enough to do without having to change anything else in the plot.

A short story about Isabella? Interesting, this will most likely determine if Isa is a cold-hearted witch or just a woman who has shut down her feelings and emotions to keep herself safe.

Don't forget what Brittani did to Nicki on the dark route. She seems to be quite flexible, if there's anyone Bad Guy can corrupt down to his level it'll probably be her. And she's already a blonde...

I think Isabel is just a grown up. She’s clearly already had some kind of relationship and has a kid now, she’s careful and doesn’t have the same agenda as the single and child-free people.
