If u listen closely and carefully enough you will notice that the background music in the verse captures the phrase keep rioting,balances out so that cannot be fully understandable and loops it.

Vimeo is completely different. It was created as a medium to upload high quality artistic (not by merit, but by definition) content. 90% of the content on youtube would be deleted there, and that's fine. They found their niche.
