Hi I'm really confused how or where to add these lines in the files. I assume you have to edit the files but I couldn't find where the plugins.js is so that I could add the lines necessary to configure the mods. I'm usually good with technology but I'm struggling here some help or a video would be appreciated thank you.

You would add them at the very bottom, right before the code tree closes completely. Check the Installation section of his post again, it says the symbol to look out for.
Pregnancy with Kuromo feels canon IMO. It's actually heartwarming.

The pregnancy here is a mechanic. The MC can get pregnant and give birth 2 times on the main history, on the religious city and the prison. To progress the pregnancy, you need to reach one of these two arcs. If you get pregnant before these arcs, you will only manage to give birth on one of these chapters, if you get pregnant after prison arc, you can only give birth on post story mode (after defeating the final boss).
After you complete the story mode, you can get pregnant and give birth as many times you want by talking to the nurse on the hospital.
The first game, Goblin Conquista, and War Demon Kirstin is the closest thing I've come to this so far. I'd love to find more that incorporate pregnancy to this extent (and the hypnosis religion omg).
