M1A2 Abrams Tank Specialist:The M1 Abrams tank has many generations to the American veichle, which is the original M1 Abrams, the M1A1 Abrams, and the M1A2 Abrams Tank. This American tank is colored tan and armored with titanium alloy plates that can be as thick from 1.5 inches to 38 inches. It is also armed with a 120mm canon that fires Uranium shell projectiles at targets. The vehicle also has a feature called "Target Lock" which will make the canon lock onto a target even when moving around. This tank has many pros and cons in warfare, so let's start with the pros.
Pros: Is RPG attack resistant, very reliable, and has a lot of advanced technology.
Cons: Extremely heavy, unable to move into certain terrains, consumes A LOT of fuel, and the engine is very loud which will make it challenging to be stealth mode.
This armored tank weighs about 68 tons (62 metric tons) and uses up 20 gallons of fuel just to run 0.6 miles long. Not only that, but during combat, the tank has to be followed with several gas trucks for refuel. They usually range from 1-20 gas trucks depending on the mission. But this M1 Abrams tank project has started during 1980's the post cold war. We need a new weapon due to the M1 Abrams getting older. So meet the newer and advanced Abrams Tank, known as the "Abrams X" but we will talk about it on another time.
